Obituary

Yolande Arcement Billman passed away on Monday August 2, 2021 due to complications of COVID-19. She was born March 1, 1965 in Marrero, LA to Carroll Paul Arcement and Claudette Fabre Arcement.

Yolande is survived by her husband, Steve Billman; her children, Matthew Billman (Kortney) and Mark Billman (Ashley); and her grandchildren, Kenzie Marie Billman, Conner Paul Billman, Cohen Allen Billman. She is also survived by her brother, Keith Arcement.

Yolande is predeceased by her parents and grandson, John Luke Billman.

She will be missed by her numerous cousins, family, and friends at Church of the King.

Yolande was a native of Jefferson Parish where she grew up on the West Bank. She later moved to St. Tammany Parish, where she resided for over 45 years. She graduated from Covington High School, Class of 1983. She worked for many years for Perret’s Army & Outdoors in Kenner, Louisiana.

Due to COVID-19, social distancing is encouraged and masks are required to attend the services.

Relatives and friends are invited to the Funeral Service at E.J. Fielding Funeral Home, 2260 W. 21st Avenue, Covington, LA 70433 on Saturday, August 14, 2021 at 3:00 PM with visitation from 1:00 PM until service time. Interment will follow the service at St. Joseph Abbey Cemetery, St. Benedict, LA.
