Obituary

Margaret Conroy Venezia passed away on July 5, 2021, at age 95. Margaret was born in Cleveland, Ohio, on October 26, 1925, but called the New Orleans area home for the vast majority of her life. She is predeceased by her parents, Stephen and Catherine Conroy, her sisters Mary and Grace, her brothers Harry, Jack, and Steve, her daughter Linda Pedalino, and her son-in-law Frank Pedalino. Margaret was also loving mother to Jerome Venezia (Mary) and grandmother to Melissa Groover (Mark), David Pedalino (Sue), and Vita Dickens (Joseph). Margaret was great-grandmother to Nicole, Christian, Haley, Mary, and Harper, and great-great-grandmother to Giavanna. Family and friends are invited to celebrate Margaret's life on Saturday, July 17, 2021, at St. Paul's Chapel, 917 South Jahncke Ave., Covington, LA. Visitation begins at 10:00 AM and will be followed by a funeral mass at 12:00 PM.
