Obituary for Theresa Le Nguyen
Theresa Le Nguyen passed away on Saturday, December 14, 2019 in Covington, LA. She was born on April 7, 1979 in New Orleans, LA to John J. Lee and Kim Theresa Le Lee.

Theresa was the beloved wife of Thai Anh Nguyen. She was the loving mother of Lily Tuyet Nhi Nguyen, Blake Bao Nguyen, and the late Tobias Hoai Nguyen. She was the loving sister of Michael J. Lee, Joseph J. Lee, Anthony J. Lee, Thomas J. Lee, and the late Theresa Lee. Theresa was also the beloved daughter-in-law of Than Nguyen & Huong Le. She was the beloved sister-in-law of Anthony & Thuy Nguyen, Joseph & Hong Nguyen, Rebecca & Todd Pham, Eric & Lien Tran, Gerald & Thuy Comeaux, Hung Nguyen, and Lance & Tuyen Le.

Theresa was full of life. She was someone who was able to light up a room with laughs and smiles and an occasional slap. As a wife, just a glimpse of her smile, and a wink of her eyes, makes him feel like life is going to be OK. As a mother, she was “firm, sweet, funny, kind, and thoughtful”-Lily. As a daughter, she was the loveliest. As a sister, she was the bond that kept them going. As an in-law, she was always jolly, loving, caring, generous, and a willing drinking buddy. As an aunt, she was a role model and a friend with countless pieces of advice and moments of silliness. As a friend, she was a shoulder to cry on and was always there for them in their time of need. She has touched so many lives and will be greatly missed by everyone. She now joins her son, Tobias in heaven.

Relatives and friends are invited to a WAKE at E. J. Fielding Funeral Home, 2260 W. 21st Ave., Covington, LA on Friday, December 20, 2019 from 5:00 PM until 8:00 PM. Visitation on Saturday, December 21, 2019 from 12:00Noon until 1:30 PM. Then Mass at Saint Joseph Abbey, 75376 River Road, St. Benedict, La 70457 at 2:00 PM. Interment will follow the Mass at St. Joseph Abbey Cemetery, St. Benedict, LA. Should friends desire, contributions my be sent to an education fund for her children, Lily and Blake Nguyen.
