Randy was born on September 9, 1960, in New Orleans and blessed to grow up in a loving home in the city of Harahan, LA with many dear friends and the prized “Back Room”. He attended and served St. Rita Catholic Church as an altar boy. At 13 he began his first entrepreneurial adventure with a yard cutting service, helped the elderly in the neighborhood, and anyone that asked. Randy knew no stranger. He truly had the gift of gab. After graduating Rummel High School, he began his second business venture, Metropolitan Enterprises, a painting company with several crews and developed many life-long customers and friends. His freehand painting skills were lavished upon every home he owned and a few lucky family members. In 1982, Metro Pressure Cleaning was born. Randy and in time his family developed a strong commercial based cleaning company.

Randy was a loving husband, devoted father, and selfless friend. He believed in family and community. Raising a family on the Northshore, developing friendships at St Peter, SSA, and St Paul, made our lives so rich. Randy was “Unbelievable”. In 2001, he was among the founders of the Knights of Columbus, St Peter Council 12906, where lifelong friendships were made among fish fries and serving the parish; he was a 4th degree Knight.

Randy’s home life was non-stop. A passionate man, Randy alongside his wife Tina, celebrated raising three beautiful children, Mitchell, Nicholas, and Hayley. Beyond daily life, Randy never missed their sport and special events. He opened his home to the neighborhood. Randy shared with us his love of music, concerts, snowballs, festivals, road trips to our beloved Alabama, love of the outdoors, Saints games, the occasional movie, countless cooking shows, Andy Griffith and his infamous Green Egg culinary delights. Randy loved to throw a party and was always thrilled when our sisters, brothers, nieces, nephews, and friends came together for countless occasions. He will be sorely missed on this side of heaven.

Relatives and friends are invited to attend the Mass of Christian Burial at St. Peter Catholic Church, 125 E 19th Ave, Covington, LA 70433 on Saturday, July 15, 2023 at Noon. Visitation at the church from 10 am to noon.
