Obituary

Kathlyn ("Kate") Mae Foley Warner passed away at her home in Panama City, Florida on November 8, 2021. Kate was born in New Orleans on November 3, 1933, the daughter of William and Mabel (Daly) Foley. Kate was a 1951 graduate of Redemptorist High School. She is survived by her husband of 68 years, William ("Bill") Warner, and her children, Bill (Annette), Pat (Gigi), and Tim (Kerry), all of Panama City, Florida; Janice Hawkins (Joe) of Westlake, Texas; Shannon (Lisa) of Wayne, Pennsylvania; Dan (Gina) of Oakton, Virginia; and Brian (Lisa) of Weston, Florida. She also leaves behind 18 grandchildren, 12 great-grandchildren, and numerous nieces, nephews, and cousins. She was preceded in death by her parents, her brothers William, Patrick, Gerard and JT Foley, and her sisters Vera (Foley) Webre, Betty (Foley) Bowen, and Yvonne (Foley) Serpas. A funeral mass will be held on Friday, December 10th at 11 a.m. at St. Mary's Assumption Church, 923 Josephine Street, New Orleans, Louisiana. Visitation will begin at 9 a.m. Burial will be Saturday, December 11th at 10 a.m. at St. Joseph's Seminary in Covington, Louisiana.
