Obituary

Bradford Joseph Moore, age 36, of Mandeville, LA passed away on Friday, September 16, 2022. He was born on April 28, 1986 in Metairie, LA to Derland and Frannie (LeBlanc) Moore.
Brad is survived by his mother, Frannie, his siblings Michelle Moore Wells (Sean), Derland “Chip” Moore, II (Courtney). He is also survived by his nieces Bailor Wells, Caralyne Moore, and Camdyn Moore, his godson Derland Wells, as wells as numerous aunts, uncles, and cousins.

Brad is preceded in death by his father Derland Moore.

Brad graduated from Mandeville High in 2005. He went on to graduate from Southeastern Louisiana University, earning his Bachelor of Business Administration on a football scholarship while playing linebacker for the Lions. He was also on the track and field team. Brad earned accolades as a Master Welder. Brad was an avid outdoorsman, and loved fishing, hunting and riding his four-wheeler. He cherished his family, especially his nieces and nephew. Brad had a heart of gold, never met a stranger and would be always there for anyone.

Relatives and friends are invited to attend the Funeral Mass at Grace Funeral Home, 450 Holy Trinity Drive, Covington, LA 70433 on Thursday, September 22, 2022 at 12:00 PM with visitation on Thursday beginning at 10:00 AM. Interment will follow the services in St. Joseph Abbey Cemetery, Saint Benedict, LA under the direction of Grace Funeral Home.
